CALICO’s Board of Directors is a dedicated, engaged group of community leaders who are central to generating awareness and resources for CALICO. Board members bring valuable expertise in finance, marketing, strategic planning, human resources, legal issues, and fund development. Each board member serves a three-year term (renewable once) and serves on board committees. Board Members are expected to:

• Attend monthly board meetings (9 online and 3 in-person)

• Provide input to administrative operations

• Participate in training events, community events, and fundraising efforts

• Board members are responsible for the financial success of the organization, including funds from contributions, training attendees and memberships.
