Our forensic interviewing services are provided by a team of five Child Interview Specialists, who possess a combined experience at CALICO of over 30 years. Two interviewers are bilingual (Spanish-English). When services are required in a language other than Spanish or English, we use court-certified interpreter services, including for American Sign Language. |

Our family support services are led by two full-time Family Resource Specialists. One FRS is bilingual/bicultural in Spanish and the other specializes in children under the age of five. Both, however, are fully skilled at assisting caregivers with children of all ages. They provide crisis intervention, resource and referral counseling, psycho-education about abuse and victimization, and assist families in completing a Victim of Crime Compensation Application. |
